Jury Nullification (video)
I've uploaded another video. This one is about jury nullification: https://youtu.be/nt9IFjB0OxE
TL;DW: If you're on a jury, your duty is to evaluate what justice requires in the individual case. This could require acquitting someone despite sufficient evidence of factual guilt (a.k.a. "jury nullification"). The moral arguments for jury nullification are decisive. There are strong arguments that this is the actual legal function of juries as well, per the intent of the framers of the U.S. Constitution.
